Dinner Time!

I was so excited that one of the weekly sales during my grocery run included pork chops. Rich and I have discussed making fried apples since going to the orchard. (Which really translates into me making them and Rich eating them!)

And what better to serve fried apples with than pork chops! (I think I will have to watch out for ham for an excuse to make more).

I looked over several recipes before deciding how I would approach it and boy did I make a great decision.

I CANNOT express how amazing they were. Richard said they were better than Cracker Barrel's. We had only a miniscule amount left over, which I plan on enjoying as "dessert" in a few minutes.

Sorry! No pictures of the apples unless you look closely at the bits left on the plates below.

Holy Cow, better than Cracker Barrel eh?! I may have to beg for the recipe because Nick LOVES Cracker Barrel apples.

So, I'm really curious how you made your pork chops because I usually just use Shake 'n' Bake or marinate them in italian dressing and grill them (both are good)...come on, recipe sharing friend, tell me your recipe! :oP
