We pulled our faithful tree from the attic Thanksgiving evening. The tree waited patiently in the plastic tubs until Saturday morning (we joined the savvy shoppers on Black Friday). Little did we know, nearly half of the lights on the tree were not looking.
After a huge struggle, Richard had remedied the problem with changing fuses in some....whereas others had gone to light heaven and had to be replaced. We restrung lights and three days of sitting, we finally decorated the tree.
Perhaps, this is too much information.
Anywho, the kids had a blast helping. Each ornament was like a mini-package. Slowly unwrapping the tissue wrapped ornament, and being surprised by whatever cool thing appeared. Lucas was amazed by our assortment of plastic candy, smurfs, marshmallow S'more ornaments and randoms. I may post a post of some of our ornaments, because some have been moved around.....
Nonetheless, here are photos from our night of decorating....Enjoy!

I gave those S'more ornaments as gifts a few years ago! We have the Park Ranger S'more, because they didn't have a game warden ;-)
Looks like you had fun decorating!
