Practice Egg Hunt!

On Friday, we had an egg "hide and seek" at home.

We filled a large portion of our eggs with candy.

And Lucas and Meredith patiently waited until after lunch to run outside to find the hiding eggs.

Lucas totally understood the purpose of the game, collecting as many eggs as he could.... 

often telling me that many of the eggs didn't really hide!

Meredith had a different strategy.

She would ONLY collect eggs of the girl variety - pink or purple colored.

When she stumbled upon an egg that wasn't pink or purple,

she would either leave it on the ground or pass it to Lucas' basket!
