Down!

Sometimes, you are just in the mood for a little R&B music to get your groove on.

Lucas and Meredith always jam out to the song "Down" by Jay Sean and Lil' Wayne when we are driving in the car. So I wondered if I could capture them on film.

Richard and I laugh daily at this video. I finally decided to share with you guys (well, really I had some time between Thanksgiving preparation in the kitchen over here....)

Please watch this video in its entirely to appreciate it. I have not encouraged any moves by my children. The choreography is totally unrehearsed and original. In addition, I have NEVER shown my daughter how to wave her hands in the air and bounce up and down. Some things just come naturally to certain individuals.
