Dino Puzzle

The puzzle obsession began two Christmases ago. First it was the simple wooden puzzles with shapes or animals, which fit into a given slot - given to him well before the "recommended age." Lucas quickly became a pro.

Last winter I found a wooden dino puzzle. There are four mini puzzles, each featuring a dinosaur. They are the real, fit together types of puzzles that we know as adults. He began doing it by himself (with our encouragement) back in July. He is obsessed - and has gotten pretty quick at it too.

He had finished three by the time I finished my cereal.
